This shochu has been aged for over three years in earthenware jars, allowing it to develop a calm and profound fruity aroma and a smooth, mellow flavor. It is bottled in a deep crimson bottle befitting a premium aged sweet potato spirit and delivered with a classic-modern, wine-like ambiance. Ingredients_ Red sweet potato, rice koji.
